Meet Julie

Julie's journey in the health and wellness industry spans over two decades, marked by a deep connection to mind, body, and spirit. Her own transformative experiences and education in movement, meditation, neuroscience, and energy work inspired her to create Aurenda—a community dedicated to empowering others to make meaningful changes and find their inner strength.

Through Aurenda, Julie aims to create community and guide individuals towards embracing their authentic selves and radiating their unique energy.
